-Roast Blend consists of 75% Arabica & 25% Robusta ....blended mix of coffee from Brazil, India, Costa Rican & Guatemala roasted at a “Light Roast- Medium Roast” style... If you are looking for more of a City Style Roast that’s our Old School 1972 Blend.

-Roasted in small batches in our shop in Brooklyn.....We roast 4-5 times a week and have been roasting in the same location since 1972 in Brooklyn NY.

-Perfect for use in Commercial/Home Espresso Machines or a Moka Stovetop coffee maker.

-When your order is placed we promise to ship it within 24-48 hours from when it was roasted to ensure you are getting the freshest beans you can get online.....We do not roast on weekends so any order placed on Saturday or Sunday it will be roasted on Monday , given 24 hours to degass and sent out on Tuesday
